Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. Agreement and services
By using OneSummit or placing a booking or quote request, you agree to these terms and the terms presented for that service. If you act for a company, you must be authorised to provide its and its travellers' details and accept the applicable booking terms.
OneSummit helps arrange hotels, venues, flights, buses, cabs, travel-related services and corporate events. Some services are supplied by third parties. Their availability, fulfilment and service-specific conditions may affect your booking.
2. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, billing and traveller details. Traveller names and any required identification must match the documents presented at check-in or boarding. Keep account credentials secure, follow applicable travel rules and ensure that travellers in your group understand the booking conditions.
Travellers are responsible for their conduct and for damage they cause to accommodation, vehicles or venues. Unlawful activity is prohibited.
3. Quotes, bookings and prices
Quotes and displayed availability are subject to supplier confirmation. A booking is confirmed when OneSummit issues a confirmation or booking reference after the required payment or agreed corporate approval; a request, temporary hold or partial payment alone does not confirm it. Rates may change before confirmation.
Your quote or booking review states the included services and taxes. Items not expressly included, such as personal expenses, optional extras, permits, tolls, parking, visa fees, travel insurance or extra vehicle use, may be charged separately. Hotel check-in times, room preferences and other special requests follow the supplier's policy and availability.
If a named hotel, vehicle or activity becomes unavailable, we will discuss an available alternative where possible. A material change or additional charge will be communicated before you accept it.
4. Payment
The required advance amount and balance due date are stated in the quote, invoice or corporate agreement. For online bookings, payment must be completed within any stated hold period. Failure to pay an agreed balance can prevent confirmation or lead to cancellation under the applicable booking conditions. Payment methods, transaction fees and tax treatment are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation conditions shown before booking, including supplier restrictions and any agreed corporate package terms, determine charges and refund eligibility. Submit a cancellation through your booking account where available or contact support in writing. A request after payment may need supplier review before it is final. The cancellation quote is an estimate until that review is complete.
Approved refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Unused services and no-shows may be non-refundable under the applicable booking terms.
6. Events outside our control
Weather, strikes, transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions and similar events may require changes or cancellations. We will help seek available alternatives or supplier-approved refunds, but any supplier charge or non-refundable commitment still applies unless the supplier waives it or applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Liability and disputes
OneSummit is responsible for its own services and will assist with supplier issues. Suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, subject to any mandatory consumer or other applicable jurisdiction rules.
