Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. When a refund is available
A refund may be available when the cancellation or change terms accepted for your booking allow one, or when required by law. We calculate it from the amount paid for the affected service after any disclosed cancellation charge, supplier penalty or non-refundable commitment. A cancellation request itself does not approve or issue a refund.
Prepaid non-refundable supplier services, no-shows and services already used are usually excluded unless the supplier grants an exception or applicable law requires a refund. If we cancel a confirmed service and you do not accept an offered alternative, contact us so we can assess the amount due for that service.
2. Review and approval
After a paid booking is cancelled or changed, we confirm the supplier outcome and review the eligible amount. We may ask for the booking reference and payment details needed to identify the transaction. We will communicate whether the request is approved, partially approved or declined, and explain any deduction.
3. How and when we pay
Approved online-payment refunds are sent through the payment provider to the original payment method where possible. For a booking paid by corporate invoice or bank transfer, we will agree an appropriate return method with the authorised payer. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 7–15 working days after the eligible amount is confirmed. The time for funds to reach you may vary with the bank, card issuer, payment provider or supplier.
A refund cannot exceed the amount actually received for the affected booking. Any payment or currency conversion charges imposed by third parties are handled under the terms disclosed for that payment and applicable law.
4. Status and help
For the status of a refund, or to question a calculation, email support@onesummit.in with your booking reference. Do not send full card numbers or passwords by email.
